I installed a dejon tool mbc today on my 95 gst. mods i have are a dave brode upper with 1g bov, and a dejon intake. Well it will spike to 20 still and only go down to 15 or so psi. Is this the lowest pressure i can run on this t25? Just curious, don't notice any diff between 15psi or so. Also when i keep turning the knob to increase boost it doesn't seem to increase it much if any. Any ideas or is this normal?

As an edit to the post I want to let ya'll know that the instructions said to just cover the discharge nipple on the compressor housing. Then just run the mbc hose to the wastegate, it never said to get rid of that tee down there and to just run straight to the gate. Well i think the bcs is still trying to work or something. So what i'm saying is should i get rid of that tee down there and run the MBC straight to the gate and just plug up the bcs ports?

Same here, I installed my ebay manuel boost controller and didn't really notice a huge difference. Probly just the tiny t25 is near max from the factory.

Installed my JOE P MBC also, my boost goes to 15 psi for like 1 second then just fall to 13 and after 5000 rpm it kind of just goes down to 12 11. I just installed the walbro 190 so I'll try and see if I can turn it up higher. Check ur MBC hose I heard if you keep them too long it will cause HUGE spike like that.

My Hallman does the same thing, the T-25 is like that in nature, also do make sure your hoses are short, I would say no more then 3 feet total with both hoses. I did mine from the WG to the turbo housing and mounted the MBC to the cooling fan screw. Really short path to take.

The MBC should be tee'd to the the hose that runs to the bov and tp and the other end should go to the wastegate. Block off the 2 nipples on the box that the lines ran to before and block off the nipple on the turbo housing. Just make sure you dont have the mbc flipped or you will just be running 10 psi :thumbdown

Ok i'll see if i can't find something to cover them with tonight. Weird that it didn't say to block them off. I'll eliminate the tee by the wastegate, maybe that will fix it. If that's not it then it's probably my actuator because it was spiking to 20psi even before the mbc.

Yea, before my mbc my actuator would spike to 23psi. But thats because the t-2slows are just crappy turbos with crappy wastegates. I hope to solve the problem when I get a 16g.
