MBC Troubleshoot

I installed my MBC the other day but whenever I adjust it my boost gauge still reads the same. Tighten or Loose It still goes up to 13 psi. Any help would be appreciated. oh its a Ball and Spring.

you verify that its hooked up right ? I.E. not backwards or - crappy boost source ?

I hooked it up how on of the vfaqs said too. I T'd the line comming off the top of the BOV which is going into the bottom of the MBC and then I have a line going from the wastegate actuator into the side of the MBC.


EDIT - I thought I had it hooked up that way but i don't. The Line from the bov is going to the side of the MBC and the Actuator line is at the bottom.
