mbc but no higher boost than stock

i have an extreme bc and i know for a fact that it is hooked up right, but for some reason i am only getting 10-12 psi, could my wast gate actuator be bad? or maby the mbc is messed up, but i really dont see how it could be its pretty simple. if you have any ideas let me know.

youve disconected the factory boost control solinoid right? wire harnees too ?

where did you tap the MBC in? Try tapping in off the nipple that sticks off the lower I/C pipie( its the hard one coming off the turbo compressor housing ) run the line into the MBC ( make sure you hook it up into the IN side of the MBC) then run the line OUT to the wastegate actuator. Unhook all the exsisting lines and cap them off. Keep adjusting the MBC till you feel a difference. IF you don't have an aftermarket boost gauge then I do not recomended you crank up the boost since the stock gauge is VERY inaccurate. Buy a boost gauge now if you don't have one already......

i hooked my mbc up but i didn't cap off the other hoses i hooked into the wast gate and then the other hose hooks to a tie that runs to the torbo and the other end goes to my blow off valve did i do it right??

i never posted it but my problem was cracked exhaust housing. got a new one and havent had a problem since.

u should cap off the hoses or just disconnect the factory boost solenoid
