Maybe a future motor build??

Well I have a 94 gs non turbo hahah and right now it has a 2.0.
Since the car was free I plan on swapping my motor for a fresh 4g63t.
I figure what the hell shouldn't be too bad.
I also started my job and plan on working as many hours as possible, and that means some money is coming in haha.
Right now I debating on whether or not i should buy a 7 bolt block and build it my self or just buy a frankenstine motor from dsm graveyard.
Any opinions haha.
I know the things i need for the swap and i plan on building the set up over the summer and then when i can't drive the car in winter just put the motor in.

Do you have enough experience to build a motor? A minor mistake could cost you a lot.

I have some I built a 5.0 mustang motor in a summer hahah and i know alot of people who can help

I atleast want to hit 305hp if i build a motor what should i get to reach that goal?

You can get that from a stock motor, preferably a 6 bolt. Just add boost and a proper tune.
If you fell comfortable, go for it, build it yourself.

if i am not mistaken you make 305 no problem on a 6 bolt no problem

Save your money from doing anything to that car and sell it. Build an AWD if you have enough money for building a motor

I thought about awd and t it would be nice if i owned one but right now im not interested in going through the trouble to finishing my car, selling it and buying another car i mean that time wasted i can be working or something

also not to be an ass but as i read through these topics you have people not even answering the op's question
now if i said should i sell my gs and buy an awd i wouldn't mind
i may sound ignorant when asking certain questions about dsms just because i am new to them and i am now just starting to learn more and more about them but i do know about cars and i find it annoying when people act like asses about some questions newbs have it all pisses me off you guys should be guiding them in the right direction so they can either help someone else or learn
