map sensor stuck at 30.1

used ecmlinks cable and a 3bar gmi had been sent from a guy on here. the iat is changing but the map stays stuck at 30.1 no matter what? Is it a dud?

I posted a log so you can see my set up. it doesnt change starting car or anything....

I would unplug and test the sensor with a meter while using a mitivac to supply vacuum and pressure. The readings should fluctuate. If not, it's junk...

I figured. Seen it before on other cars, but yeah, wierd on this one....
