manually moving auto. seat belts?

my automatic seat beltsare stuck in a forward position, is there any way to manually move them back to where a regualr seta belt would be? hope this makes sense. BTW i'm new to DSMs and DSMtuners.com so also hello.
 
no just get a good book and see were the relay is for the seat belts might be fuse to. check fuse frist if its good then relay prob bad. :laser:
 
check ur cars manual. it shows a cover where you can stick an allen wrench in and crank it. idk if you can but i have a 93 and you can, its big plastic cover
