manually moving auto. seat belts?

my automatic seat beltsare stuck in a forward position, is there any way to manually move them back to where a regualr seta belt would be? hope this makes sense. BTW i'm new to DSMs and DSMtuners.com so also hello.

no just get a good book and see were the relay is for the seat belts might be fuse to. check fuse frist if its good then relay prob bad.

check ur cars manual. it shows a cover where you can stick an allen wrench in and crank it. idk if you can but i have a 93 and you can, its big plastic cover
