Well this is hard to describe but im going to try. To start, when i rev in neutral with less then 10% throttle my engine hits 1900-2100 rpm and cuts out to 1500. It also does this if im in first and try to drive around at parking lot speeds when my rpms hit 1900-2100 my engine does the same things and makes my car jerk. Heres a video.

When im driving around 40 mph in 3rd gear, when my rpm reach 3000 my car starts sputtering like crazy, wont accelerate, and my tach jumps around. If i let the rpms drop below 2.3k it stops, or if i put the clutch in it will stop. So lowering the rpm will stop it but trying to increase rpms it will continue to do it past 4k, which is the farthest i felt safe doing it for, btw it took over 20 seconds of flooring it in 3rd gear to go from 3k to 4k rpm. If you pause this video on 8 seconds you can see my Karmen reading is 3Hz, it allways is because i dont have the Pink and Orange wires of the Safc wired into my ECU harness.

When i floor my car from around 1k rpm in 2nd gear as my tach goes past 2.5k 3k and 3.8k the needle jumps around, like it gets hung up for a moment.

When im driving in traffic ill let off the throttle then use low throttle to maintain my speed. My throttle will go to about 8% but my car wont rev then it will like catch all of a sudden and jerk. Like there is a delay, very annoying.

Any suggestions on where to start would be awesome.
 
CEl is for, rear o2 and no EGR. I used to have random misfire but i rewired my injector wires and switched my firing order and haven't got it back.

Boost test done with both home depot pvc pieces and compressor and with carb cleaner. Had a few leaks fixed em and it continues to do ^^^^^^
 
Oh, my safc air flow wires aren't connected. It doesn't receive or alter the Karmen signal.

How is the timing on the car? Have you checked the belt to make sure it's still tight. I had an issue recently where the belt felt tight up top but at the crank and where my rear balance shaft was is whatever it was loose. I would rev the car up and the belt would go from being tight up top to extremely loose. It ended up jumping off 2 teeth causing no boost, loss of power completely, car would idle like crap if even idle at all, and no matter what if I tried to gain speed it took forever!! Check your timing make sure your belt didn't jump
 
Timing was just redone new belt, its 100 percent dead on and timed with a timing light. My car runs pretty BA besides these part throttle issues, Full throttle is great. Seams a little slow, so im gunna check boost leaks again as soon as possible. Someone local told me there might be blank spots in my TPS?
 
I had a n/t and a turbo do this to me in the past never could figer it out i know on the turbo car i could turn the car off then back on and it would fix it for about 15 mins and it start acting up again.

If u find out what it is i would really like to know in case it ever happens again.
 
For your first video my car does the same thing and its all to do with the throttle body,tps, fiav could all be at fault. I know i had really bad idle surge untill i made a block off plate but now i just get this cut out at 1500k just like your first vid. Then i tryied adjusting the biss and it helped even more. Although i still have the problem its not to bad. Definitly check in to the tps
 
Yeah this is driving me nuts, i changed my whole TB out and still doing it before and after the same. I tried adjusting my BiSS screw. My buddy told me something about disabling or bypassing most the sensors on the TB, he said the only one i truely need is the TPS. Any ideas on this?
