Well this is hard to describe but im going to try. To start, when i rev in neutral with less then 10% throttle my engine hits 1900-2100 rpm and cuts out to 1500. It also does this if im in first and try to drive around at parking lot speeds when my rpms hit 1900-2100 my engine does the same things and makes my car jerk. Heres a video.

When im driving around 40 mph in 3rd gear, when my rpm reach 3000 my car starts sputtering like crazy, wont accelerate, and my tach jumps around. If i let the rpms drop below 2.3k it stops, or if i put the clutch in it will stop. So lowering the rpm will stop it but trying to increase rpms it will continue to do it past 4k, which is the farthest i felt safe doing it for, btw it took over 20 seconds of flooring it in 3rd gear to go from 3k to 4k rpm. Heres a video.

If you pause this video on 8 seconds you can see my Karmen reading is 3Hz, it allways is because i dont have the Pink and Orange wires of the Safc wired into my ECU harness.

When i floor my car from around 1k rpm in 2nd gear as my tach goes past 2.5k 3k and 3.8k the needle jumps around, like it gets hung up for a moment.
When im driving in traffic ill let off the throttle then use low throttle to maintain my speed. My throttle will go to about 8% but my car wont rev then it will like catch all of a sudden and jerk. Like there is a delay, very annoying.
Any suggestions on where to start would be awesome.
