Hey guys im having some trouble with my clutch, I recently changed my trans and my clutch still looked great so i put it back in, well it's always felt soft but then it started sticking to the floor. I changed my slave and that didn't help, well I found I had some bolts back out on trans. I tightened them an it works but still super soft. Anyway it recently started slipping really bad but it only does it in third and beyond at wot. Am I just over powering it or could there be something else

As far as the soft feel, it sounds like you have some air trapped in your hydraulic clutch system that probably just needs bled out. You could handle that after you replace the clutch. I agree that it looks like that clutch disc is getting a little skinny.
