LOL you guys know that I wanted a turbo DSM, but for what I got my GSR for I couldn't say no. I'm looking for a turbo DSM to park next to the GSR

No but on the real, for the people from the Bay, did you guys wanna caravan out there? We could meet maybe in Dublin or something, then go out from there. I know that the guys from SF probably gonna go the Treasure Island route unless you want to hook up with us., so I'm gonna shoot this out to the folks from San Jose all the way to Castro Valley.

damn why is it when dsm meets like this comes im always planning on doing something to my car??? LOL not sure if im gonna make it yet.... i might be pulling the motor out that weekend and slapping the new one in

I'll try to go to the meet if nothing comes up, I'm down for a caravan. Hopefully I'll have my bling bling FMIC on by then =)

Have you checked out your coolant temp sensor out yet? It could be your O2 sensor also. Or you car is running too cold. Could be a buncha things...
 
Yeah I replaced the ECT and both 02 sensors, so I am going to go smog it tomorrow, wish me luck. Thanks again Yuri!
 
Good luck Jon on the smog. Caravan time hehe, SF let me know what you guys wanna do. I'm so excited even though I might have the only Honda there, although my homie wants to come with his DB.

Ryuto - Bypassed the ground plug on the harness and it turned on when I had the AC on with the key in the last position, should have it figured out by the end of tomorrow.

Well that's good to hear. I most likey will meet you guys in Vallejo, since I will be driving from Lake County. That way I wont need to keep my car in the city all week with my crappy tires.

If you leave it in the city with your crappy tires everyone will know and go "haha, look at that dude with the DSM with the crappy tires, let's wait till he gets to his car and then we can point and laugh".

This is why I never have bald tires while I'm in the city.

Lol I've got some crap tires on my car too, luckly I have no torque so should be aight for the drive haha.
 
So are there any South Bay people going to this meet? Are we gonna caravan? Only reason I ask is because if there was anyone interested in being part of a caravan, then we could probably set one up that's on the way to Vallejo and probably hook up with the East Bay guys as well. Otherwise if no one is interested in doing that I might just roll up to SF and drive up with the guys from there. Lemme know what you guys wanna do aight. Peace out for now.

yup, its going to be held at my shop.

also, this is a Potluck BBQ meat, so if you guys wanna bring some food, drinks, etc.. you guys are very much welcome to do so. I'll have some food ready as well, but if we have more food, the merrier the meat is going to be! :D

I'm with Dave on this one, any word on what's up with the meet?

BTW Dave if I end up swapping my MAF out for a 2g maf by the time of the meet I'll bring the old chip back to you, otherwise I'll just ship it back when I swap the MAF out.

Maybe you should start a new thread with a poll since this thread is pretty cluttered up. That way you can make it official and put all the info we need to know. And since its a pot luck maybe get a list going of what everyone is bringing?

And I'd prefer the 20th over the 19th. :cool:And hopefully the weather stays clear.
