Ok i get the fact that you cant just vent a blow off valve to the atmosphere and have a normal running car. But i saw this maf translater and gm mas. i was told that if i get this then i will be able to tune my car better and be able to vent into the atmosphere. is this true? what else will i need so that i can vent my bov to the atmosphere?

You could tune it using the translator, but most people recommend using at least a s-afc. If you put the mas after the BOV, you can vent with no problem.

You can vent with the GM mas a translator. You have to put the GM mas on the upper intercooler pipe between the BOV and the throttle body. Dejon Tool sells a kit that allows you to do this.

I also have the blow thru piping from dejontool. The GM MAS has been great, just gotta get better at tuning it. Its really not that hard. I would recommend using an AFC with the MAFT because the MAFT is in 5% steps, whereas the AFCs go by 1% increments. together, I give them: :thumb: :thumb:
