hey guys! long story short, in the middle of doing a head gasket, and while the head and intake were out and had to remove driver side motor mount i figured i'd do a prothane motor mount bushing job as well. already changed the front and rear bushings, my question is, does it matter the orientation of the "flat" spots of the bushings for the trans side mount and driver side mount? pictured are the bushings i bought. Thanks in advance!

honestly! when i installed them more then a year ago, i never thought about the orientation.i drive this car frequently and i don't see any wear out or heard any squeaking sound for having them vertical so far! but,i hope someone who have them horizontal sees your post and comment their experiences!

I hope so too. Lol.

Where did you purchase those bushings from?
sorry bud! thank you for asking me that, i actually posted the wrong picture. THESE are the ones i bought. I got them off of extremepsi. The other set, was one i was considering getting but chose these instead. i dont remember where i was going to get the other type. just do a search on google. i know that extremepsi also sells billet/solid motor mounts (basically you just remove your old mount with bushings and slap in a SOLID mount, but theyre like, $150-200 each the last i remembered.
