my suspension is getting old and worn so i am in the market for a new set of springs and struts. can some one recommend me a a set of springs/struts with a similar ride/ feel as the stock struts and springs, a little lower then stock but not so low that i will have to deal with any sort of camber issues that a simple alignment cant' fix. i dont' want to have to buy any camber kit, no do it your self camber fixes or anything of that nature. I want a straight simple swap where i get springs, struts, and alignment, and never have any problems what so ever.

H&R OEM springs give 1" and stiffer spring rate than stock. As for shock the best (according to DSMtuner) are Koni Yellow. If they are too rich for your blood, look at the Koni Red or Tokico Illumina.

these springs sound like what i am looking for, can i assume that if the application says it fits the gst, that that means it will also fit a spyder?

I had the same question back when I was doing the suspension on my car. Despite some manufacturers' applicability info, I have yet to hear a testimony of a GST spring set not fitting on a GST Spyder. I have a set of regular FWD coilovers on my Spyder, and I believe the above springs would work for yours just the same. If anyone has evidence to the contrary, please speak up.

All 2G springs are interchangeable. The rates might differ as a function of GSX vs GST vs Spyder, but they all fit all models. Same goes for shocks.
