Lowering Springs but not too low

Hey guys I have a question about lowering springs for my 1997 Gst. Right now I am riding on Tokico blues with skunk2 springs and the car is ridiculously low and the ride is terrible. I live in Boston so the streets are terrible. But now I am looking for some springs that drop the car around 1 inch. I have seen the Tein H-tech's and the Eibach Prokits and even the H&R Oem springs. The Tein Springs advertise around a .9 inch drop and the Prokits around a 1.3 inch. But in reality how low do these drop the car. And do you have any other suggestions? i am running the Eibach Pros with KYB AGX and i hate it. i am looking for springs or coil overs but most of them run stupid spring rates.
i like the look of the Eibach Pros

I know the Tein springs are softer than stock so they actually ride more comfortably but that sacrifices performance, I think?

I run the Pro Kit from Eibach as well, but with Koni yellows, and couldn't
be happier. I think mating the springs with a good shock/strut set-up is key.
The Koni yellows have been on for over 10 years, and it still drives as well
as the first day they went on.

Really? do you ever bottom out on a bad pot hole?
does it bounce at all?
