Ok so my LCA bolt is stuck, i removed the nut but i tried a torch to heat it up, forks to hammer it in there, im just at a spot where this is eating my face off thinking about it.

The forks i tried they go in but they start hitting the knuckle and stop getting forced in. Maybe thats my problem idk.
But this bolt seems to have welded itself to the surrounding metal.

anyone ever have this problem? If so what did you do to fix it.

You mentioned knuckle....what bolt are you talking about? sounds like yiure talking about a ball joint. If so that isnt a bolt. Balljoints are tapered and you wedge a pickle fork in there to pty it loose. If the fork doent fit move the steering wheel and find a better angle. Hit the fork with something bigger than a claw hammer. Watch closely where the fork is and don't let it nose up against anything. Should be pretty self explanatory once youve got it in there. Look at your new control arm. It should have a new ball joint and you'll see the taper part. That part wedges into the knuckle. There should be you tube videos on using a pickle fork.

Or get a ball joint separator if that's the case. Best $20 tool I ever bought. Allows you to separate ball joints without destroying them which is sometimes impossible with a pickle fork. Great for when you have to re use or just checking condition of the BJ.
If you're stuck on the bolt that slides through and connects to the frame thats a different story. It's been awhile I can't remember, is there enough room to get in there with an air hammer or chisel? Just enough to bast it a couple times?
Edit: I read your other thread, and you're saying your compression arm is bent. (Curved lca are compression, straight LCA are lateral) there's only two bolts holding that on and a BJ stud. If you're saying you can't get a pickle fork in there try a different angle or fork (they come in different sizes). Usually the lateral arm can be a bit of a PITA. If you get a BJ separator (or just rent it for free from any parts store) you can pop it right off. I am obsessed about BJ failure on these cars and I check my BJs at every oil change.
