lower control arm

so last week I installed new lower control arms and cv axles on my car on the last one i went to put the longer bolt in thats next to the two 14 nuts and I cross thread it, does anyone know an easy fix for this besides cutting it off and drilling it out I tried to losen it with no luck and to impact it in with no luck. I know the impact was probably the worse choice now but at the time had been working on the car two days straight.

These commonly seem to rust on northern cars. You might try hitting the bolt with rust penetrant. You might also try to hit the bolt with some heat... a MAP gas propane torch is cheap and should help.

yea i have a propane tank was worried about messing with the rubber piece there that the brackets holding into place learned i should never try and force a bolt in with an impact, i will try the torch this weekend first thing and i have pb blaster so ill hit it with that first, if that doesnt work do you know how to get to the bolt that it actually goes thru above it by chance?
