What's the lowest boost you guys are running on your EvoIII 16G turbo?

I was asking with everything hooked up, MBC etc... just because i heard some guy saying that he can run only 20psi lowest on his EvoIII.

Then that guy is a moron and didn't setup the wastegate correctly. The lowest you could run is probably around 12-15psi, depending on car/mods.

Do they even make a WG actuator with a spring that high?

More than likely his wastegate was sticking closed, for whatever reason.
