Losing power somewhere

While accelerating mostly in 1st and 2nd gear the car will jerk hard and the rpms will drop to 0 then bounce back and it will keep doing this, but once i press in the clutch it stops.
Also the radio shuts off and my gauges turn off and on. Its like the car is dieing and restarting continuously while driving.

Check battery and alternator for correct output. And check cables and connections for being loose or corroded.

I would say the battery battery cables and alternator/ cables, sounds like you losing charge and your injectors are cutting out.

I had some ground issues which caused something similar. Make sure all body to engine grounds are secure, and double check the negative battery cable which mounts to block. It's worth it to remove it from the block, sand + solvent it, and reinstall. Also - autozone/oreilly's will do load testing for free on your battery and alternator in-car. For some reason I still like to remove my alternator to let them bench test it.

How high are the rpms when it starts to die are you short shifting or riding out the power bands

Id say if your accessories are dying one by one and then the car stalls out it is your alternator. Have you been just charging the battery and then its good to go? Do you have link so you can monitor the voltage? a quick easy test which not a whole lot of people agree with is pulling the negative on your battery? if it dies chances are your alternator is pouched. I mean all cars should be able to run without a battery once started.
