Loose windows

sorry if this has been asked before, but ive been having problems with my windows on my 1st gen, they seem to be real loose and i have no idea how to tighten them, i tried lookin but wasnt sure how to fix it, and whenever the passenger window is down, and you shut the door, it makes this loud klank sound from the window being so loose, and the driver side window, when all the way up, makes this weird noise when you let it down like its grabbing inside the window seal and then it will go down but its loud and annoying, sounds pretty crappy, anybody know how to fix this? I totally feel your pain. I have a 98 spyder, and my drivers side window rattles like noones business when I go over bumps, I reallllllly want to fix it but have to idea like you...I think my car being a convertible might be part of the reason also though! my windows are also very slow in comparison to new cars, I'm thinking of replacing the motors for the windows over the summer. let me know if you find anything I'll look too
