Looking for next talon

So i found a talon i want to go look at. Im pretty sure if everything checks out im going for it. I had a 1g talon before this that ended up running like crap and sold it. So now im in the hunt again and was wondering what you guys thought about this car.

Im just looking for a weekend warrior/strip car that i can take to car shows too. Needs a little body work just a small dent on the hood and left fender. And when looking at a built car do i look for different things than i would looking at any other vehicle?

My biggest concern would be that he's selling it and only put 4k on the motor/trans. He has a ton of money in to that car and is only selling it for $5400. Says he has to sell it because he's having a baby but it still seems odd.

If you don't know how to fix it if does start to "run like crap" I wouldn't bother unless you have deep pockets to take it a reputable performance shop.

Also, that car has all go and no show. The exterior looks poopy. For 5 grand you could get a sexy built 2g.

I know how to work on them the reason i sold my other one is because of crankwalk. And the exterior just has that decal that i could remove which i would.

And yeah i would agree. But i mean while looking at it in person is there certain things i should look out for?
