logging with palm m100 on 2g, need hotsync and program, help!!

I have a Palm m100 logger set up for a 1g, I was told it has mmcd on it. I want to use this palm to log in my 2g, where can i find the hotsync cable for my obd2 and where can I get the correct program, I tried digital tunnung and everything I need from them it seems they have discontinued, I tryed serching but the only threads i could find are old and have expired ebay links or direct me to pocketlogger.com (digital tunning). I am not against making my own cable if I have to. Please help me get to logging on my 2g.

You should be able to find a Palm hotsync cable on ebay if you don't have one, or even the one it suppose to come with works (that's what I have and use). Then you need the interface;

It's one of the T16-??? connectors, but it was so long ago when I got it that I can't remember which one, sorry.
I use the Palm'n'Stein on my Palm m100 and it doesn't log the fastest or the most, but it does ok and give me codes. The site says to use the T16-003, but it's no longer on the Multiplex website.
