Today I just did a log, I figured that I might as well use up every single fume of gasoline I had in my tank. Here are my results at the top of every gear:

1st - 5860rpms, 14 Deg, TP @ 61%, O2 1 @ 1.00v, O2 2 @ .86v
2nd - 5916rpms, 15 Deg, TP @ 87%, O2 1 @ 1.00v, O2 2 @ .88v
3rd - 6072rpms, 18 Deg, TP @ 88%, O2 1 @ .98v, O2 2 @ .92v

I'm not sure why the TP is so low in 1st, I guess I didn't go WOT because I was losing some traction. Even if I press the pedal all the way it still shows 88% at most. I have a floor mat but I know it's not that because I always move it back when I get in the car.

After I did the run I turned around and ran the car again all the way to about the middle of 3rd, I was hitting 15psi. From the looks of it I'm running rich??? The only fuel mod I have is the 190 pump. Last time I pulled out my plugs to do a compression test, the tips were white, but I heard that white plugs are a sign of running lean. Somebody englighten me.

That's not enough of a log to make any determination of what's going on....and yes, white on your plugs mean the car is running lean.

Alright I changed my sample rate, right now it's at 2575/17, getting 8-9. I kinda did another 1st-4th gear log but I'll post my 3rd gear only.

RPM Timing TPS o2 1
4620 0 91% .98v
4828 0 90%.98v
5004 2 90%.98v
5180 3 89% .98v
5348 5 89% .98v
5548 6 89% .98v
5720 8 89% .96v
5868 10 89% .96v
6044 11 89% .96v
6200 12 90% .96v
6344 13 90%.96v

From the boost gauge, I was at 14-15psi.

I believe it's because I have OBDII, you have a 1G so it's Pre-OBDII.

*EDIT* Oh yeah my run was done is pretty warm weather, I'd say it was about 85-90 degrees. The run I did at the very top (a while ago) was at night in probably 50 degree weather.

why don't you have your knock count on your log?
1g cars (90-94) are OBDI and can see knock count via the logger. Us 2g guys (95-99) are OBDII, and can not see knock count via the logger.

For 2g guys, we can get the dsmlink, which would show us 2g ecu knock count, but it comes at a steep price.

8-9 samples per second is still a little low, but if that's all you can get then so be it. I would reset the byte timings (I think they start out at 5000/50). Then decrement the 50 number and get that as low as possible until you start seeing errors, then increase it until the errors go away. Then do the same with the 5000 number; decrease until errors, and then increase slightly.

RPM Timing TPS o2 1
4620 0 91% .98v - Do you have the car floored, tps approx 90%, not 100%
4828 0 90%.98v - Timing dipping to "0" between shifts isn't ideal. Should be more...
5004 2 90%.98v - ...like 8 or 9.
5180 3 89% .98v - O2 voltages are a little high/rich. We would like them to be around...
5348 5 89% .98v - ... .94volts. But then again you can't really tune by 02's alone.
5548 6 89% .98v
5720 8 89% .96v - Timing increasing, never dipping, which is good.
5868 10 89% .96v
6044 11 89% .96v
6200 12 90% .96v
6344 13 90%.96v - Would like to see this more around 16-18degs at the top of the gear.

You don't really have a way to change anything, no safc or maft. Otherwise it looks O.K. But look into why you aren't getting 100% tps.

Well I let the program config itself but once it started getting errors, I went up one. But it just kept getting errors over and over so it took a while to get to the point when it would get none.

About the TPS, I've wondered why it was so low as well, I used to get only 87% at most. Would tightening the cable do anything? I also noticed the low timing advance at the top of the gear, but since I'm new to this whole logging world what exactly can fix it?

*EDIT*

Here's my 1st and 2nd gear from the same log...

RPM Timing TPS o2
1080 12 12 .86
1584 17 12 .14
2204 26 12 .84

3380 28 22 .86
4464 19 47 .96
5780 11 67 .98
6856 20 87 1.00

4516 25 39 .96
5064 11 76 .98
5572 14 88 .98
6044 17 88 .98
6464 21 88 .98
