Heres my log. The car is kinda odd to tune. it changes from one day to the next. oh well im making due and i just tune it a lot LOL. heres a pull from it.

HRC 20g
e85
stock 6 bolt motor
2g Maf
850cc injectors
fuelab at 42psi

i know my idle sliders and stuff are whacked out but. im really just wanting help with this WOT log. Idk why my LBS/min stays evened out as my boost falls. and the boost est is not anywhere near what the gauge reads. Im spiking 28-29 holding 25-26.

my biggest issue/question is.... it says im doing 39lbs/min idk if thats right. but at 28psi should my injectors be maxxed out a little more?.... 72%...
this is with the MBC all the way in. the is max it can go without undoing the wastegate line.(which if i can get 30psi that way. when i go to the track i might LOL)

any help? ideas? Air Fuel Ratio is actually a logged AEM wideband so..

Haven't looked at your log yet but having to adjust day to day could just be the grade of fuel your using. since e85 has ups and downs could be 93 one week 105 the next. if you don't already have a tester I would get one and just test the gas before you buy it.

also your speed is all over the place going from 30 mph to 70 mph in a second. seems a bit weird. honestly if it where me I would just start over on the tune from step one. also maybe check the wire on your ecu plugin for your speed sensor.

yeah i saw the speed thing. turns out when the PO did the 6 bolt swap he lengthened the harness for the vss. and had the wires taped together like crap. I soldered them in and all is well now.

this log is a 3rd gear. my boost gauge read spike 29 and fall to 25-27.

idk why my airflow is soooo low and my IDC is not higher. this is e78ish and 850 injectors...

What's up with everything being so erratic? I look at tons of ECmlink logs and most times the graphing ius reallyt smooth but your for some reason is jittery everywhere in almost every reading, could it be you have some setup issues with it or have some issues with the engine it';s self having troubles?

I'm not trying to bag on you just wondering and maybe keying you in that something's up with it. Also i would think at those boost levels you should be seeing around 45lb/min if the system is well tunedand put together with a good matching setup of intake, IC, turbo and so on. I always have liked the old 20g and wanted to run one myself so i jumped on the log when i saw the post

1. Please use either timing/fuel sliders or DA tables (table is preferred). You can read about why the tables are better by searching.

2. A stock MAF should not need that much correction. I would make sure your idle is properly set, including your global % and deadtime.

3. When using sliders, make sure your transitions are very smooth and don't have any large jumps/skips.

4. You shouldn't be tuning WOT until your idle is tuned. Some of the fuel settings, if not correct at idle, can affect your tune at WOT.

i guess im a decent tuner LOL. i was doubting myself but now i dont...
i tuned a car to no knock/perfect afr and good driveability...... with decent power....
and the entire time, my intake manifold gasket is blown. i finally got a BLT done. and sure enough it wont hold 1 psi. it goes out as fast as is comes in. (hence why my turbo had to be rebuilt recently). i guess this has been this way since i got the car. so. ill be fixing the intake manifold tonight, turning the boost WAYYYY down and seeing what i can do.

do what snowboarder said after you fix the IM gasket, might be a pain going through everything again but it could save you alot of time in the future.

it wont be a paint to do everything. the only reason i hated doing it in the first place was. well imagine how hard/not normal it was dialing it in the first time with a blown IM gasket LOL

im a boss tuner yo LOL

took it out.. The car idles so much better now that thats fixed. ive got my 20in of vacuum. i guess i have a leak of some sort. im only getting 38lbs/min at 25psi.
i didnt have to really mess with any of the sliders except Mafcomp a little. the cars mph-mph times are similar. and it feels like its a safer pull.

In ECMlink, you can log and show airflow. The default config for it, is in Gm/sec. All you have to do it go to preferences(i think) and choose the Units category. From there select where it says gm/sec and choose lbs/min. Then it will display in the more familiar setting. :)
