Ok. I recently purchased a 95 Eagle Talon TSi AWD. I wanted to know if there were any local mechanics or shops known for doing good work in or around Hampton, VA or the 757 area?

Im really new at all of this  so I dont want to mess anything up. LOL.

I replaced the spark plugs and jumped the car but I know I need a lot more than that done like the water pump pulley.

So, if you know any shops or people please let me know, or if you know more than I do and you are in the area, PM me and maybe you can come over, look at the car and reccomend what I need done.

Car is stock. I have pictures posted under my Member Intro page.

Thanks :)

What exactly is wrong with the car? Anything major? If you're mechanically inclined, I suggest heading out to autozone or advance and picking up a Haynes Manual. I just got my 95 GSX a couple weeks ago, and after reading through it, I feel alot better working on this car by myself (I just changed out my HG and timing belt a couple days ago)

I have a Hayne's manual, it came with the car. :D Im still not too comfortable doing things to the car by myself though. I know some guys that work on car's alot but they are Mazda people.LOL.

The belt/pulley (Im not too sure what it is called) that is connected to the water pump is not connected. Its in a box in the back seat. I need to put that on as well as figure out why my 3rd spark plug keeps shooting out when I try to start the car.

I did get the car running roughly twice but no for long and seeing as how the water pump was not connected, I didnt want to blow anything up.LOL.

I also need to find and purchase a clutch. I searched but all I could find was thread's about clutches that went on car's that were not completely stock.

Oh and I need someone's help to tell me what else is wrong, if anything, with the car.

Thanks. :thumb:

Ok...I just went and found the manual that came with the car. Its a Chilton 1990-98 Repair Manual. I also have the stock manual as well.
