Rim companys actually make bolt on spinner kits. They are REAL Chrome and they somehow attach to your wheels. I bet thats what he did.

Old news and no those aren't autozone covers. Jeff99GS hit the nail on the head. The bolt-on spinner kits come with their own special lugs for mounting the spinners.
