Hi Everyone. I'm brand new here so I'm hoping I'm doing things correctly. Pretty cool to see such a dedicated community to these kinds of cars, so I am looking forward to sharing this little project with you all and possibly get some insight when needed. Its going to be a pretty long journey since I can't really spend too much at one time when doing this, but hoping to just have some fun with it along the way. I know its going to be a lot of work and I'm hoping that the pretty extensive damage to the strut tower isn't going to make this a lost cause.

Starting off now just trying to get it started and running again after sitting for around 6 years. Just put in a new battery and a new starter. Going to be grabbing new spark plugs and wires since they're cheap enough to just start brand new regardless of if they're the problem or not.

The fun continues. Got the plugs and wires replaced and still no starting. Took a look around and found the drive belt to the alternator just snapped. Looks like the alternator pully is probably seized up (not really surprised at this point) So that looks like the next step coming soon. Just sucks that its gotta be pulled from underneath.
