i bought H&R race springs and i had this place ******** put them in and camber kits. and i get the car back and the front is dropped really low and the back is like nothing, so anyways yesterday i was changing my brakes and rotors and the letter R(for rear) was in the front both sides, and i looked on back and its sayed F holy shit this morons put the front springs in the back and rear in front, wow so their gonna fix it, but do u think this can #### my car up in anyway?

front springs = bigger = stiffer
rear springs = smaller = softer

interesting story..
suggest you look into you front shock, they probably took some good beating.

i hope they didnt put rear camber kits w/ front spings, check to see if your rear wheels are flexing out.

I wanna know htf these guys did this? On my 1990 the front springs/perches are 2X the size of the rears.. would be obvious to a complete moron which size when where

IMO.. I'd cut my losses get a refund and go someplace else.

yes i have rear camber kit w/ frony why is that bad, i am so pissed i feel like burning their place down

reason 975682497562 to do it yourself. springs are easy to change, pepboys or autozone will loan you a spring compressor.. get a refund and swap them yourself :thumb:

can anyone back up what "HSK " said . ""i hope they didnt put rear camber kits w/ front spings, check to see if your rear wheels are flexing out. ""

is this true i will be going back in a week is it ok to drive will i mess anything up?

just a thought...
i wonder why the (so called) machanics didnt look at the stock springs.
stock springs would indicate that the front ones are bigger.

again this goes back to how this situation is an "interesting story"...

depending on how hard and how many miles you put on your car, level of problems may vary.

and get some camber kits to save your tires from being eating alive.

wells its to late now they r on the car, they WILL just fix it till i am happy

I'd additionally take it to another mechanic before you bring it back to them, and have them read off, and write out any additional damages that the mechanics cost you by messing this up, and then charging them for that in addition to fixing your shocks for free.

They could have put you in a lot of danger because of that.... what if you nearly got into some type of accident where having your shocks on right would make a difference, y'know?

If I were you, they'd be giving me a full refund, fixing their mistake, and cutting me a check for any additional damages unless they wanted me to own their garage.
