Hmm, it seems some cars look good wingless and some don't. I think a car has to be considerably lowered to look good wingless. Anybody think a 2ga Talon spoiler looks good on an Eclipse?

Dayum your GSX looks like some of the best stock body work I've seen. I got a question, did you have your GSX wheels professionaly done? Cause I want to paint my wheels with Black Wheel Paint and then clear coat it, but I want to repolish the lip and last time I tried on a wheel to repolish the lip, it got rid of the chromey look for yellow plastic look? Dunno why. Get at me!

My car has been wingless for some time, I just had black tape covering the holes, right now I'm molding the holes and filling in some dents from a hail storm. Dunno why I'm doing the work to the hatch because I'm getting a CF Hatch soon... but oh well.

Hey, thats not my GSX. Although mines very close looking to that I have and love my 2GB Turbo wing.

As for painting your stock wheels. Its simple jsut tape off the lip after you get it all polished then sand wash and prime the wheels then 3 coats of duplicolor or choice then let dry remove the tape fromt he lip and clear it 2 times.

Personally if you are gonna go wingless do it with a body kit like the yellow one above or IMO looks good with just lowered eclipse stock kit. At stock height something just doesn't sit right with me.

i'm literally in the middle of my eclipse conversion. mounting the L brackets tomorrow on the rear to get the bumper on then I should be all finished.

anyway i have a 95 talon esi. now i've got the 2Gb eclipse front end, 2Ga eclipse rear end, and I'm trying to decide whether or not to leave the 2Ga talon thumbnail spoiler or go wingless. what do you all think???

Talons look all wrong with the eclipse turbo wing.

My thoughts exactly...I don't like Talons with turbo wings.

I think it all depends on the color and body style... And there is a lot of biased opinions... from the factory, talons are more aggressive, yet sleek... Eclipses look smooth, but have more curves... but they make up for it in the infinitexinfinite body kits out there for them... Either way, some do look sexy wingless...

yea. But stock height and wingless just looks really funny to me. Lowered and wingless is like an orgasm in itself.

Not exactly wingless, but different. Still need to get it repainted, im most likely doing the roof/mirrors black to flow with the car better.
