Years ago, I had an issue sealing one of the rack lines as well. Tried 3 different racks and swapping lines, and always a leak within a week. I ended up welding the lines up and never had annother issue.

Each combination of rack and line that I tried had a different leak point, so we ultimately welded up all potential leaks points. Anything to avoid swapping racks again, because it does really suck to install/uninstall them.

Have you tried going to the next size up o-ring and putting some teflon sealant on the treads? Might help, I just looped mine and called it a day.

Don't wana loop it enless I have to . It is leaking on hi pressure size in the middle line acts like it not tight enough . I can move it side to side and it will start leaking
