I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get some original/original-looking seat covers for my GSX? I happened across a sun baked GSX with only 30,000 miles on it. The seats are not torn, but the "leather" is so dry that nothing I put on it will loosen it up.
Because the car is so immaculate otherwise I'd like to get some nice seat covers for it that look original or are original. I just don't know where to get them. Any direction?

Note: when I say seat covers I mean just the normal leather seats. Not something to go over the existing leather seats. Most manufacturers would sell something like that up to 10 years, so we are past that time. I figured maybe there was a company out there that made some that look original.

Thank you kindly in advance
David

Get some good leather treatment and just rub it on really thick so its wet all over the entire seats and itll soak it in. Just keep doing it until it doesnt soak in anymore and you have to wipe it dry abd you should be good to go. I bought some 1g black leather seats and had to do this. Itll probably take almost a bottle by the time its done and yku may have to do this a few times a day for several days

What type of leather moisturizer do you use? I was using Wilson's Leather moisturizer which is made for jackets actually.

Im yrying to remember the first one i got but cannot at the moment. Its been done with the Mcguires too though. Dont bother with the spray bottle, get the one you squeeze out and just literally slather it on there thick all over the entire thing. Youll see it soak in and itll look dry again and then just repeat.

I had some rips in my seat base and I had it reupholstered with vinyl. It was a lot cheaper and it was easier to match the color and they look great.
