Hey guys.

So I have a question that pertains to fuel settings with ecmlink on my 1G. I started modding the 1G and recently got to installing a 255, new -6 feed line (old one was very rusty) and a new OEM fuel filter to go along with my (over sized for the 1G, but am borrowing them from my 2G) 1450cc FIC BM injectors.

Just as a heads up, here's the related info I can provide:
-Lightly used 255
-Rewired pump
- -6an feed line
-OEM fuel filter
-Lightly used 1450cc FIC BM injectors
-Fuelab AFPR set to 37 PSI base

Recently done:
-New fuel pump pre filter
-New OEM filter
-New fuel feed line
-Wideband has been tested and works
-Injector seals are not leaking
-Meth(washer fluid) injection installed (confirmed working as it is from the 2G as well)
-When 2 stepping while looking at the fuel pressure gauge under the hood, it does rise as boost builds
-All exhaust gaskets replaced
-1G manifold swapped with a 2G manifold
-There is a small boost leak, however I am on speed density.

The Problem:
When doing a WOT pull, I get a short spike of 11.0:1, followed by a solid 12.5:1 afr even though my fuel settings are set as recommended, and similar to how they were on the 2G.
If I increase the global fuel under the fuel tab, I can reach my 11.0:1 target afr, however I have to increase the global from the recommended -69.1% to about -65.6%ish, I can reach my target afr.

Any ideas?

Your fuel and VE tables are not smooth. Fix that.
What part of these logs are we supposed to look at? Trim the log then post it.
You are tricking the ECU into thinking u are running smaller injectors, there for it will run richer, thus meeting ## targets, but that is not the way to tune. I think your deadtimes are way off.

My VE tables have become a mess as I haven't had a chance to smoothen them out as there are many other things that have priority, and every time I change my fuel settings, I have to readjust the table.

I know that you don't fine tune by adjusting the global fuel, but unless I have some 100+ cells, adjusting my global fuel is the only way I can hit my target afr's. I can trim the logs, but they are mainly just there for reference.

My dead times are primarially adjusted in the direct access. The -69.1% log has my most current DT settings.
