recently i've been having these cooling system problems. Everytime I turn off my car ...my coolant reservior is boiling over.My car doesn't overheat....no coolant or oil mixing anywhere. and no smoke.I'm also running a 180 degree thermostat with 13 psi radiotor cap. Today i was boosting the car pretty hard and I started hearing something dripping and I looked and it was antifreeze dripping on my downpipe. So..I looked up at the block and there was a trail of coolant coming from freeze plug or starter area. Underneath my intake manifold was coolant .....also on my speedo cable. I wiggled around the clamp that goes to the coolant line on the throttle body and I had some drips on my hand. If it was a leaking headgasket how would it be on the bottom of the intake manifold? Would it squirt out that much...plus there's no moisture or signs around headgasket area

bad news ....found coolant leak. it's leaking from headgasket in the back underneath intake manifold. God damn.....second time it did this. Once with Fel pro...now with NAPA victor reinz......I was using arp headstuds with both of them torqued to 90 ft lbs. I came to the conclusion either these cheapo headgaskets are either crushing from being over-torqued or my head is warped. Going to get head resurfaced and put on a mitsu 4 layer with copper spray. Hopefully this won't go running when i boost my tdo6 20g 20 psi+

i retorqued my headstuds to 105 ftlbs.....i went out and boosed the hell out my car and it didn't overheat or push coolant out of overflow like it used to.Hopefully i fixed it.
