Resolved leaking by shift linkage on tranny

Hey guys, I have attached a picture below for better reference. The part circled in red is where I'm leaking. Whats the best way to go about this? I'm trying to get rid of most if not all my leaks everywhere. Thanks!!

TO rid the leak, the trans must come apart to replace it.
