ECUflash Laptop for Evoscan/Flashable ECU

I'm going out to buy a laptop for college and was wondering what people run for their flashable ecu tuning.

I might just get a cheap used laptop for the DSM and then another for college. I'm wondering what's the crappiest laptop I can run for tuning to get the job done. I'd prefer two laptops.
