Labor Day Weekend DSM MEET in Salinas, CA MAY 24rth

If I go to this meet I plan to leave my GSX that I bring with me there at that dealership and drive off with an EVO X or an Outlander XLS with AWD and leather/navi package.

so I'll b there later in teh day IF they have what I'm looking for and they give me some good offers.

So getting my shift covered tomorrow doesn't look like it's happening, and on top of that my oh so fast saturn has a freakin nail in the tire and goes flat every other day and since I work all the time I haven't had it fixed yet...I'm not meant to go to a meet , otherwise I would've told you I could've picked you up on my way since i'm in pitt/oakley

Bay area DSMers meet at fremont's fry's electronics from 10:30 to 11:30AM. I'm going to check on the weather since its been kind of cloudy the last couple of days here. Also, if there is someone with a 2g DSM maf that has one laying around, or would like to trade for the 2g maf-t ver 1.3 bring it along with you! Ill update you guys on the weather.

Wont be making it. I got both of my motor mounts back in, tried starting it but it wont start. tried again, nothing. Its not getting any fuel. dont know why.

Put some fuel in your gas yank. That should do the trick to start it! Go to the nearest gas station and get 5 bucks of 91 octane.had that happen to me.... Looked for everything and turned out that the gas tank was really empty . I had the car down for a while, and I thought that I had some has still on it, turns out I didn't. Oh, Bring your sweaters since it might be a little colder here.

Sorry I couldn't make it today. I went out last night and ended up with my DSM being thrown up in. I've spent the whole day cleaning it up, man last night sure was fun, but I paid for it by cleaning throwup and driving someone home that I didn't remember meeting, let alone having at my house

ok so it's a good thing I didnt try to caravan with the freemont ppl since none of them showed up... I think only like 5 of the pple on the list actually went to salinas(flakers)...I got lost but made it there, salinas has good mountain runs... I was the only 1g and everyone was turbo(some bigger than others) the free food was hella good.... thanks to salinas mitsubishi for providing it... i'll post some pics later when I get home from a giants game.

Seriously, there are WAY too many Bay area dsm flakers, along with a couple of Central Coast flakers! We probably staid at the dealer till 5pm waiting for more to show up for a cruise along the beach, but no luck I guess. Anyway, I want to say that the drive for us(831 area) wasn't all bad at all when we went to Union City's DSM meet. Why did you guys make it so complicated for yourself?? Anyways, here is a list of the person's that I would consider believing 50% on the count that they said to "count them in"/ "I'm Down!" ect.... So watch out for the next dsm meet's if they say they are coming

DAMN.... sorry couldnt make it out there guys.... my vr4 was giving me a sign that the headgasket was going out a week before this meet so i didnt want to risk it driving it all the way to salinas.... now its down and im planning on taking the headout and replace the gasket, at the same time all of the stuff that i need to replace for the mod that i will be putting in the car.... but i promise the next meet you guys have ill be going there to show my work

ALL i got to say is thanks alot to silverdsm and montuner for making all the way from the bay.We had a good crowd going but their was alot of dsm flakes that flaked but what got to me the most was the people that lived around the area flaked.Makes me wanna get a honduh and go to their meets.

I went to the Fremont meet because I had a Honda buddy offer me a ride to that meet because a bunch of people from his forum were there. I also got to talk to Ted for a bit (dude's super friendly ).

I'll go down to the next Salinas meet after my car is done, I need to put some break in miles on my clutch anyway.
