KYB AGX's and EIbach Prokit springs....bad AGX's?

Ok. On my car, I have the above suspension setup. I don't think I have the "bump stops" or whachamacallits. It seems to ride rather harsh, the rear is at 6 and the front is at 3. Stock wheels. The stock suspension rode a lot better. It's been doing this since the beginning. Sometimes it feels like the front right is bottoming out, but on another day, it wont bottom out on the same stretch of road. Is there a way that I can check the suspension without taking them off? If they are bad, how do I go about getting replacements? I got them used, but almost new.

Bump stops are needed. They should have been trimmed down to account for the lowered spring, but should be preset.

As for the ride, try turning everything on full soft and see how that handles. At least on my setup (Koni/H&R) I have the fronts higher than the rears.

IF they are used good luck on any type of warrenty. Also I believe the AGX will only warrenty up to a 1" drop on their products. With the bump stops removed there is a possibility the dampners are damaged. Easiest way to test the suspension is rock one corner at a time. It should compress and resettle. If it oscilates or 'bounces' that's a sign of a bad dampner.

This is true. I know of a set that went bad after only a week or two on a 1.5 or 2 inch drop and they would not cover them because of "excessive lowering". They claim they can tell it was lowered more then 1 inch.
