Koni/ground control install: I think I'm missing parts

The guy who I bought my shocks from sent like a box of hardware, looking through it I only see ...... 2 black plastic sleeve looking pieces, 2 large concave type washers that look as if they are to cup some thing, and two very thin washers or seals........


I didn't get any directions with the koni's, don't know what I have or if i have every thing. If any one can lend a hand, I can post pictures of what i have as well (if needed)


How is the install, should i do camber kit at the same time?
