Knockoff HKS BOV or real?

I have seen a few threads about knock off HKS BOV but I'd like to know if this is real or fake in my case.

The flange adapter says HKS on it. It is stamped into the adapter. I see different types of adapters...but I haven't seen any that have HKS stamped on the adapter whether it be on a vendor's site or on ebay.

The inside of the BOV has the words "Blow of Valve Sequential".

The BOV says nothing on it. Either way, it will fit onto the stock BOV location.

I'd also like to know "which" BOV and adapter I am running if possible. Sorry, these are the best pics that I can come up with now.

Don't genuine HKS BOV's have a gold HKS logo on it?

Thanks for that. I might not get the pics until Tuesday though. I thought I dug up a post here where a genuine one had a black stamping on it. Even with that, why on earth...(or where on earth) would the the HKS stamping on the adapter plate come from?

that's what I thought too, I believe a yellow hks logo on the back? correct me if im wrong
