knock sensor picking up clutch chatter?

Just curious, has anyone ever heard of a clutch getting so worn down that it starts to chatter, and after engaging, the chatter will be picked up by the knock sensor?

I enabled phantom knock, but now right after launching or shifting it knocks. It gets really bad esp after doing a WOT 1st gear pull, then once it shifts to 2nd it pulls timing so much that the car just sputters.

My only other guess was maybe a lifter sticking? AFR's are where they should be

Opinions?? Thoughts??

I've never personally had it happen, but I would think it surely could with clutch chatter

Yuh that's just my guess, since the act2600 is 2+ years old and had many track days on it. Doesn't really feel like it's slipping though. I would assume that if it's that far done, it would slip? Maybe I don't notice it compared to driving the 6puck daily.

Check your pm's on ds-map.

When my clutch was chattering it wasn't grabbing and it was letting go at higher engine loads.
