Ok since my past few posts I have quit posting till I performed some work and repairs on my car.
I have replaced the water pump, timing belt, removed the balance shaft, removed the power steering belt, and ac belt, I have replaced my front o2 sensor, and replaced every single friggn seal on the way there and back.
Here is a log after replacing all of that of my normal driving in Roanoke, VA (where there are alot of hills) ( http://away.homeip.net/dsmpics/roanoke.dat )
and an old log before I replaced all those things ( http://away.homeip.net/dsmpics/old1.dat )
I want to know what is causing this knock now? Before then, it was the fact that my front o2 "was on it's last leg"
Also I still cannot tell the difference between the bad o2 and good o2 by the 2 logs.

From the beginning of it starting the knock my timing dropped from 30deg to 10deg-15deg almost instantly.
