Key dance number help!!

So I don't fully understand how to read the key dance. I got on 2gnt.com and here's what the numbers are 21,11,43,43,31,21 I'm not really sure where I should start diagnosing? Any help would greatly appreciated car is very spitting and loss of power ran great when I replaced fuel system now it's back to acting up again.
