I am such a crafty mofo....This system ended up costing me Less than $100.00, and about 7 hours of my time on last saturday night.

Looks good, but if that's a Magnaflow 3" can, you're going to go crazy from the noise. Put that can after the downpipe and then get a Magnaflow 3" oval muffler. It'll sound butter smooth.

nice welds. i might shift the muffler out or down a bit or it might burn the bumper though

Looks awesome. Care to make me one? I'll give you $200, and weld a muffler on myself.

hahaha

seriously though, that looks great. I'd love a sound clip

A lil"kick"between the flex and o2 may be needed, maybe not.You should probably drive it to make sure it clears everything and doesn't rattle.Looks like it's gonna be pretty loud.

I bet that thing doesn't flow very well. There aren't any drastic ends in it to speed up the exhaust gases... it will probably make you lose some hp up top where your engine is producing more exhaust.

seriously though, looks a lot like my dejon exhaust (except that 3-2.5 reducer looks kinda iffy), but my dejon exhaust has two of those same exact mufflers almost. Sounds great, and scares the shit out of people too.

It doesnt flow well?! Wtf were are you getting that from?

Best exhaust has the least amount of bends, you always want it as straight as you can get it. I bet it flows ALOT and very very well, we have turbo cars.

Most flow possable, its not a all motor car you want the least amount of back pressure.

Bzzzzzzt. Wrong.

Damn, I'd offer you 200 or 250 shipped to make another if I didn't need a cat.

Man...are you gonna sell those? Id be VERY interested. Id like one but without a muffler...Id weld on my own. How much you want for making that same exhaust?

*EDIT: Come to think of it, how would you ship that LOL?*

Very, very nice turbo back exhaust. In my opinion, best one that I've seen. :thumb: :thumb:
That is exactly what I'm looking for, for my 1g but with a high flow cat.
I'm in the market for one but I just can't seem to find one that I truly like and the design of the one that you made is well.... straight! which is what I'm looking for. How much would you charge for a 1g awd turbo back?

Thank you.

can you link me with what pieces you bought? how much straight pipe do you need? which bends? ect.

sounds great man. I love the sound of the turbo despool. My car doesnt do it because of my cat and the like 8 bends in the pressbent 3" exhaust.

good job though! i wish i had access to a welder so i could make myself a nice exhaust like that. Im diggin the straightthrough design too!

sounds like a tractor, and looks almost identical to my old 3" I made myself as well. Mine also sounded like a tractor...that is untill your boosting at 6k.
