just got swap back

Hey guys need your help. and I'm not so sure were to go with this..... First of i bought a 1g gsxwith a blown motor. Paid this guy to swap in a motor...done. Car runs but runs like shit ie..morning idle jumps to 2500 and drops to 1000. and after it been warmed up it holds at 1000rpm. Second, no coolant lines running to turbo. third hoses for the fuel regulator sensor(by fire wall next to egr) are not plugged in and capped off. And I'm getting crappy gas mileage with out boosting cause the boost sensor is missing just plugged into the manifold.
OK so i know i got ripped off by this guy named 9finger ray. But I'm broke till x-mas. I'm pretty sure this guy just slapped in a NT 4g63. My question to you guys is, are my problems a big deal and can they be fixed? Also if it is a NT 4g63 does it make a difference if it is turbo charged. and how would i go about fixing it. yes there is a big difference between n/t and turbo engines and it will matter once u turn the boost up past 8 or 9... as for the problems your having. Get a Chilton or Haynes manual and hook the FPR back up the way its suppose to be then if your still having idling and gas milage problem post back
