Just got my head from the shop

I'm new to this stuff, so awhile back i blew my headgasket and found out
my cylinder head had bent valves, so i just got enough money to fix it and just
got it from the shop.. and it looks like this..

So i was wondering what to torque the camshaft bolts down too?
And another question do i have to align the marks on the cams?
How would i do that? just tighten the camshafts and move the cams?

they probably did but you should make sure the lubed the cams where the caps are, and the torque spec is like 17 I believe search "cam caps torque" and it will be the right number.

iirc, the cam caps get torqued to 15 ft/lbs

Okay and what about the cam's?
how do i align them to TDC?

you can some what alight them but the valve springs will make them move from being dead on

make sure to put lube on it all before your torque the bolts down.
you can just spin the cam gears so the timing marks line up

if you put your engine at the middle of the stroke you can clear all the pistons while you rotate the camshafts into position. Then you can rotate the crank back to TDC.

Put the head on but make sure the dowel pins on the cams are at 12 oclock. Then when you put on your timing belt you use two 17mm wrenches and put them in alignment. It's not hard considering they're only a couple teeth off.
