Very nice work! How long do you think you have in it 10-15 hours or more? Again very nice work, but i do have to ask, what motor is that and do you have any more info on this project? (is that the 4g64?)

What size (O.D.) tubing did you use and what grade is it (mild steel or DOM)?
Its 304 stainless steel. 1 1/2" sch 10 I think the outside diameter is close to 1 3/4"

Very nice shots and a great, relatively unique project too. I'm not sure if I've seen more than one or two built 1.8s

Can you elaborate more on the XSPower unit?

What are the goals for the car?

What do you wanna know about the xs power water to air.

I don't really have any goals set out for this project I just have the it makes what it makes mentality.

redline6k....awesome work and I must admit that i love to see guys that start with less displacement and go for broke! In this day of stroker 4 bangers it's cool to see people sticking to the roots is what i mean in a way.

I remeber doing a ton of B16 turbos back about 8-9 years ago, now i haven't touched a honda that's been under 2.0 in forever, and have never worked with the 1.8 mitsu motor.

Next on the list: an intake manifold with shorter runners and a larger plenum. :)

That's my plan. Since I'm going distributorless, I can go with shorter runners. I wanna make one kind of like the JM Fab Race Manifold but a little bit different.

Where so you get those SS bends you used to make that mani? I've had my metal supplier looking all over hell and back and he says he can't find them and that i need to give him a name that they might be listed nder besides Sch. 10 ss bends

mcmaster carr has sch10 stainless bends in any pipe size. They've got them in 304 and 321 too and they always get stuff to my door the next day if I order before 5pm.
