So I found 4 pin size holes in elbow on my ic. I found 3 vacuum hoses that were leaking, and my tb shaft seals are leaking....

The holes in the elbow can be welded or just mix up some JB Weld and patch them. Make sure you use zipties on the ends of all your vacuum lines to prevent leaks. TB shaft seals are very common places to leak, you can get new ones from JNZ, STM, or ExtremePsi and there is a VFAQ on how to change them.

Once you fix those leak, boost leak test it again, you probably have many more leaks.

Yeah I zip tied all the vacuum lines and jb'd the elbow. But I just stripped the TB blade bolt and I have no screw extractor fml.

Nevermind I got the screw out, I pounded a flathead into it and it broke free.

Your not alone. I'm doing the same and installing my new front mount as my old one got a hole poked in it.
