Just acquired a 90 tsi awd some problems

First, the car has some hesitant or hard starts. Battery?

Second, the guy I bought it from said he did a clutch job, I don't know what if he did cuz the release is real high.
anyone?

Third, the car stalls even when i neutral sometimes?

And is there any page, where there is normal maintenance to be done
on this car as i would like to do what i can to it to see if it would make it better
in low rpms, the car seems powerless, its only when i bring it past 3k where i feel good power

Hey, I am no expert, but I can tell you that you have some work to do, first thing you need to do is read up on the DSM-FAQ www.vfaq.com I would say you need to install NKG plugs, new plug wires, build a boost leak tester and CHECK FOR BOOST LEAKS, this is the #1 overlooked problem causer.
