jeep throttle body for 2g turbo

i've been reading up on the 60mm jeep tb replacement for 2g eclipses, but they are all for n/t eclipses. and im wondering, cant i do this mod on my 2g turbo eclipse? cause i have a jeep that doesnt work so i can get the throttle body from that and thats a free mod for me. can someone please let me know the answer to this before i get my hopes up.

If the stuff you've been reading is for N/T 2g DSMs, it's specific to the 420A engine, which is a chrysler engine, same as the jeep. So I highly doubt the throttle body from the Jeep will fit on the Mitsubishi engine in your turbo 2g.

It should bolt on as the base gaskets are interchangeable between the 4G63 TB and a Jeep 4.0L TB but what are you going to do about the Jeep TB not having shaft seals and the sensors and wiring harness won't match up? IMO if you want a 60mm TB you should just buy a 1G Turbo DSM TB.
