JDM Oil Pressure

Okay, I know that no jdm engine could have oil pressure read out to the dash. We switched over the housing from a US motor so the dummy light on the dash would stay off. However, the dash still has no oil pressure. Its not that big of a deal, but in the future if i decide to get a piller guage pods, etc and add a few guages, I would like to keep track of the oil pressure.

Is there anyway to read oil pressure off of a JDM engine?

there has got to be someplace on the oil pump housing for a sensor, just use that. i'd think they woud have that.
