I finally got all the pieces together on my 92 talon. The clucth spit out a spring a couple of months ago. Well, the clutch replacement went a little overboard. I ended up doing the exhaust also. I added some electronics also to help keep track of the upgrades. It drives nice and is not too loud. It sounds like it did stock except when the loud pedal is down. Gone is the hissing sound and the motor laying down around 6000 rpm or so. The motor sounds very healthy and revs like crazy. Here is the lowdown on the first upgrades. Hacked maf with K&N, fuel pump with relay, Forced perf. ex. manifold, s16g turbo, Evo III o2 housing, 3" ex with Pypes resonator and Dynomax muffler. I put in an AEM truboost, wide band o2, and evoscan. The clutch is an ACT HD plate with a Clutchnet Kevlar disc. I have the boost at 12lbs for now. Plan a fuel side upgrade soon. I just want to optimize the 16g. So for now WOOO HOOOOOO !!! It runs. Tres....
