I have a issue with a car starting hot or cold where I have to crank it a few times before it starts. Now if I run the fuel pump it will get 40psi of fuel pressure just on the on position with the key turned once and the pump running. But any time I go to start it will take a couple times to start and when it starts only showing around 30psi until I give it some gas and then will idle fine. Could it be bad fuel pump(walbro 255), or a battery or something?
